PP stands for polypropylene: a polymer that is extremely suitable for making plastic packaging. The advantage of PP packaging is that it is extremely robust and perfectly recyclable.

Recycled polyethylene terephthalate - or rPET for short - is mainly known as a raw material for plastic packaging for PET bottles. This raw material can also be perfectly implemented and is suitable for many different applications.

Plastic packaging for meat products

At Ace Packaging you will find an extensive range of PP and rPET meat trays. These offer many practical possibilities for the efficient packaging and storage of your food products. The PP trays are sturdy and versatile. For longer preservation, it is also possible to apply a top-seal film. An extra option for this plastic packaging is the anti-fog layer, which prevents the film from fogging up. The result: a rock-solid packaging in which your product always remains highly visible for the consumer.

The PET trays for meat have the additional feature of being temperature-resistant. This plastic packaging is therefore the ideal solution for freezing products or for heating them in the (microwave) oven.

Mono rPET trays are lightweight, fully recyclable and extremely strong. The transparent rPET trays are crystal-clear, which increases the visibility of your fresh products. These trays are also available with a capillary, which makes the use of a meat pad superfluous.
